Turn your ideas into tangible creations in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Blender while designing 3D models that are ready for printing. From basic shapes to export-ready files, this session walks through the full process and supports a range of creative goals, whether you’re designing custom keychains, small objects, or functional parts. No prior 3D modeling experience is required.

This program is FREE to current Maker Space Members (use coupon: Member) or $25 for guests. Space is limited.


Meet your instructor: SAVAUGHN COWAN

Savaughn is a self-taught digital artist and 3D enthusiast who has been exploring Blender since around the age of 12, inspired by a love of behind-the-scenes movie magic and computers. While not a full-time professional artist, Savaughn has spent years experimenting with Blender as it has grown into an industry-standard tool. Their experience includes animating logos, editing videos, creating VRChat rigs, and contributing animation to a short film. Savaughn currently works as the Seafood Department Lead at the Payless on McGalliard in Muncie. They bring a grounded, hands-on approach to artmaking and enjoy helping others discover the creative possibilities of 3D design. Learn more at savaughn.com.
