Visit us during the Old Washington Street Festival on Saturday, September 13 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm!
Our building will be open for tours, giving you the chance to explore Muncie’s hub for makers, artists, and entrepreneurs. The first-floor Public Hall will be filled with local vendor booths, where you can shop handmade goods, art, and creative products from our community’s makers.
Vendor spaces are just $10. Set-up times are available Friday, September 12 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm or Saturday, September 13 from 9:00 – 11:00 am. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. Sign up today!

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a functional bowl cozy while learning why quilting is necessary to stabilize batting and keep layers secure. Strengthen your seam accuracy, fabric control, and confidence using the Brother sewing machines in the MadJax Design Lab. All materials provided.
TOOLSONG Gallery welcomes a new exhibition featuring work by longtime Muncie artist and arts advocate Debra Gindhart Dragoo. Known for her bold aerosol paintings rooted in collage, assemblage, and social commentary, Gindhart’s work invites viewers into a colorful and thought-provoking exploration of creativity, community, and expression. Opening during First Thursday, the exhibition is free and open to the public.
Celebrate a year of community connection through the NEA Big Read with an evening of exhibits, activities, food, and creativity at MadJax in partnership with the Muncie Public Library.
