MadJax Small Business Week: A Week to Build, Learn, and Move Forward

At MadJax Maker Force, we believe that strong creative communities are built on access to tools, knowledge, and connection. That’s exactly what MadJax Small Business Week (May 4–9, 2026) is all about.

Held in alignment with National Small Business Week, this week of programming, sponsored by PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union, is designed for makers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to take the next step, whether that means launching a new idea, growing a side hustle, or strengthening an existing business.

Throughout the week, local experts and partners will lead practical, hands-on sessions focused on the real work behind running a business and the tools that help you do it well.

What to Expect

Why This Week Matters

There’s a gap that many makers and creatives experience. You can make something great, but turning that into a sustainable business is a different skill set.

MadJax Small Business Week is designed to close that gap.

It creates space for people to ask questions, learn from others, and build the confidence to make better decisions. It also strengthens the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem in Muncie and East Central Indiana by connecting people to resources and each other.

If you’ve been thinking about starting something, growing something, or figuring out what’s next, this week is for you.

Come ready to learn, connect, and move your work forward.
